Protocol overview

The money follows the roadmap

SHIP ties creator-fee allocations to commitments defined before launch.

Milestone-gated fees

A creator publishes milestones, deadlines, proof requirements, allocations, and failure rules before launch. Generated creator fees follow that public plan instead of appearing immediately available.

Evidence → Analysis → Decision

Deterministic checks establish whether URLs, repositories, APIs, deployments, or on-chain events exist. SHIP Inspector explains that evidence. In V1, the model does not control custody or settlement.

Predetermined outcomes

If a deadline is missed, the interface identifies the rule selected before launch: burn, holders, keep locked, or roll forward. Only outcomes supported by final contracts may be represented as executed.

Required before production

The fee-control architecture must first prove launch routing, attribution, and a LOCKED → VERIFIED → CLAIMABLE/EXECUTED transition. Any program controlling funds requires security review.
